This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is an integral part of the terms and conditions of Partnerconnect s.r.o., company ID No.: 19868154, with registered office at Zbraslavská 12/11, Malá Chuchle, 159 00 Prague 5, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague under file number C 392991 and negotiated pursuant to § 1751 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll, Partnerconnect takes care to protect your personal data in accordance with the valid and effective legislation, which as of 25 May 2018 is represented in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").

Partnerconnect is the operator of the websites sex-czech.cz, sex-poland-private.pl, sex-slovakia.sk, szexpartner-hungary.hu and others (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal"), through which it provides its services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). The Policy applies to all personal data processed by Partnerconnect in performance of a contractual relationship, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent, through the Partnerconnect Portal.

The Policy describes how Partnerconnect uses and protects personal data.

Partnerconnect may amend this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Portal, and such amendment shall be effective as of the date of such posting.

  • 1. ADMINISTRATOR AND HIS CONTACT INFORMATION
    1. 1.1 The controller of personal data within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the Regulation is Partnerconnect.
    2. 1.2. All communications regarding the protection of personal data or notifications of violations of rights should be sent via Partnerconnect's email address: info@Partnerconnect.cz or to the postal address: Zbraslavská 12/11, Malá Chuchle, 159 00 Praha 5.
    3. 1.1.The data controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the Regulation is Partnerconnect. Partnerconnect has not appointed a data protection officer within the meaning of Article 37 of the Regulation.

  • 2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY PARTNERCONNECT
    1. 2.1 Personal Data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, a network identifier or to one or more specific elements of the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
    2. 2.2 Cookies and web beacons assist Partnerconnect in providing the Services. For a more detailed definition, types and purposes of their use by Partnerconnect, please see the Policy below.

  • 3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
    1. 3.1 Partnerconnect processes your personal data for the following purposes:
      • pre-contractual negotiations;
      • performance of a contractual relationship (the relationship between you and Partnerconnect that has been established by the registration of a user of the Services);
      • management of user accounts (i.e., in particular, fulfilling your request for the Service, setting up your account, managing your account and providing you with access to the Service and updates to the Service);
      • contacting you to resolve problems related to your use of the Service or the Portal;
      • sending information about the Service (i.e., confirmations, notifications, updates, and support and administrative communications);
      • displaying advertisements based on your interest;
      • complying with Partnerconnect's legal obligations

  • 4. PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
    1. 4.1. In the case of your registration as a user of the Services, personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation - the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the performance of the contract or for the implementation of measures taken prior to the conclusion of the contract at the request of the data subject. Without the provision of personal data, it is not possible to carry out pre-contractual negotiations, conclude the contract or perform it on the part of Partnerconnect.

  • 5. GIVING CONSENT
    1. 5.1 You have the right to withdraw the consent given to Partnerconnect to process your personal data at any time by sending an email to Partnerconnect's email address info@Partnerconnect.cz with your name, surname and address for identification purposes. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal.

  • 6. PERIOD OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
    1. 6.1 Personal data will be processed by Partnerconnect:
      • in the case of processing of personal data on the basis of registration - for the duration of the registration;
    2. 6.2. After the retention period has expired, Partnerconnect will delete the personal data.

  • 7. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
    1. 7.1 The recipients of your personal data are suppliers, consultants and other service providers who work with Partnerconnect. These third parties need access to your data in order to carry out their activities. Partnerconnect does not currently work with anyone else.
    2. 7.2 Partnerconnect does not share your personal data with third parties other than those listed above, or with other individuals or unrelated companies, without your consent, except as follows:
      • compliance with or in response to legal requirements;
      • protecting the rights and property of Partnerconnect, its agents, users, and others, including, but not limited to, to enforce its agreements, policies, and terms of use, and in cases of emergency to protect the safety of Partnerconnect, users of its services, or any other person;
      • in connection with or in the course of any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or part of Partnerconnect's business by another company.
    3. 7.3 Partnerconnect will not transfer your personal data without your consent to a third country or an international organisation unless it is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and Partnerconnect or such obligation is imposed on Partnerconnect by law.
    4. 7.4 Partnerconnect does not provide any personal data collected through the Portal or the Service to third parties for direct marketing purposes without your consent.

  • 8. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
    • 8.1 As a data subject under the GDPR whose personal data is processed, you have the rights set out below, which you can exercise at any time. These are:
      1. the right to access your personal data (i.e. the right to be informed whether your data is being processed and, if so, the right to access it);
      2. the right to rectification of personal data (i.e. to request rectification if you become aware that Partnerconnect is processing inaccurate or false data);
      3. right to request an explanation (i.e. if you suspect that the processing of personal data violates the protection of your personal and private life or that processing is in breach of the law);
      4. right to restriction of processing of personal data (i.e. the right to request a temporary restriction of the processing of your personal data);
      5. right to erasure of personal data (i.e. if your data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was processed);
      6. the right to object to the processing of personal data (Partnerconnect is required to demonstrate that there is a compelling legitimate reason for the processing of personal data which overrides your interests or rights and freedoms);
      7. right to data portability (i.e. the right to request that a third party receives your data);
      8. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data at any time;
      9. the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (i.e. if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated).

  • 9. SECURITY MEASURES AND PERSONAL DATA SHARING
    • 9.1 Partnerconnect maintains your personal information in accordance with the highest security standards, using a wide range of security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information and to maintain its confidentiality. Your personal information is protected by firewalls and is accessible only to a limited number of persons who are required to keep it confidential.

  • 10. COOKIES AND INTERNET BEACONS
    • 10.1 In order to provide you with a service tailored to your needs, Partnerconnect uses cookies (session ID cookies and persistent cookies) to store and occasionally track your visits to the Portal. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer for logging purposes. Partnerconnect uses cookies to help you navigate the Portal. The session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. Partnerconnect determines whether JavaScript is enabled in your browser to facilitate your browsing of the Portal. Most internet browsers are set to automatically accept cookies.
